HEALTH AND NUTRITION TALK

It is usually said that Health is Wealth. A healthy, nutrient-balanced diet ensures proper growth, development, and healthy maintenance of the mind and the body.
On Saturday, the 6th of August, we garnered relevant information and knowledge on how to keep fit and be in good health always.
The day started with our usual prayer sessions and a Word of Encouragement by our founder, Rev. J.N Anunobi.


It progressed into a gym fitness session with a certified gym instructor.



Thereafter, we had a health and nutrition session with a certified nutritionist who spoke to us on relevant health and nutrition tips.



It was really a refreshing time well spent.
